E-knip Subscriptions

• 30 euro a month or 300 euro a year for 5 independent continous queries
• 75 euro a month or 750 euro a year for 15 independent continous queries
• 150 euro a month or 1500 euro a year for 45 independent continous queries

Free trial subscriptions terminate automatically and will never result in charges without your explicit consent by e-mail which will be acknowledged by personal e-mail from E-knip. Paid subscriptions are extended automatically. Cancellation of subscriptions is possible by acknowledged e-mail until 14 working days before the expiration date. E-knip acknowledges termination e-mails as soon as possible with a personal reply to your e-mail.

Free trial periods can only be requested by new customers of the clipping services of E-knip. E-knip has no obligation to approve and accept requests and retains the right to stop trials at any moment without further notice.

General Terms and Conditions

• By subscribing the customer agrees she or he will neither distribute any data received from E-knip automatically nor give access to the received data to third parties. E-knip preserves freely obtained copies of mostly copyrighted data for the individual customer, the customer may only further distribute those copies or parts of them if she or he has the right to do so.
• To ensure proper functioning of the service E-knip may check and edit queries from customers at any moment without informing the customer. An example would be the deletion of a search for *e* because it would lead to enormous amounts of results that could endanger the service. While editing a query E-knip will always try to keep the results in line with the perceived wishes of the customer.
• E-knip tries to clip as many relevant websites and as many public RSS feeds as possible. Due to the natural properties of software, for example that it's impossible to prove that software of some complexity is without any errors, we cannot give any guarantee about the workings and consequence of our software and services based upon it. Where possible E-knip will try to fix software problems for customers as soon as we know of the problem. However we cannot guarantee that we can fix the problem, that it will be at no cost or how much time the fixing will take. In order to get a better service for all customers E-knip is happy to receive and study any complaint about the service.

Invoicing and Payment

Invoices are sent by e-mail, a fax or paper copy will be sent upon request. In order to guarantee continuous service payment, or proof of it, has to be received within 7 days. Payment is possible with PayPal, Credit Card handled by Pay Pal or by a direct bank to bank money transfer. More precise payment instructions are given with the invoice.

Privacy and Liability

In accordance and conformance with European data privacy regulations E-knip may not use your information for any other means than for which you handed it to E-knip. E-knip will not share personal data and subscribers may see at their request what personal data is kept. Unfortunately your data is stored on computers that are connected directly to the Internet. E-knip makes every effort to prevent your data from being stolen, due to well known technical reasons we cannot guarantee our servers won't be "hacked". E-knip strongly advises the customers to only hand over information to E-knip that is of little or no importance if stolen and revealed to third parties. In no event will E-knip be liable to any party for any direct, indirect special or other consequential damages for any use of the E-knip services, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on you information handling system or otherwise, even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. All information is provided by E-knip on an "as is" basis only. E-knip provides no representations and warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non infringement.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

E-knip reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions in our sole discretion. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions posted on this website will supersede all previous versions.
